In addition to the company's quality cigarette products, Commonwealth Brands distributes Bali Shag, McClintock and Premier high quality, imported roll-your-own and make-your-own products. Commonwealth Brands purchased the Bali and McClintock trademarks in 2007, and these brands are manufactured for us in the European Union. Commonwealth Brands introduced Premier, a well-known international brand owned by Imperial Tobacco, in 2007.

Commonwealth Brands was the first tobacco products manufacturer that chose to join the Master Settlement Agreement with the states without having been sued by any state. We comply with the restrictions on marketing and advertising products contained in the Master Settlement Agreement, including the MSA’s prohibition on marketing to youth smokers.
